You show up for everyone else. Now it's your turn.

Maybe This Sounds Familiar

  • Memories or moments you can't shake

  • Lying awake at 2 a.m., mind still racing

  • Feeling on edge, numb, or not like yourself

  • Snapping at people you love, then feeling guilty

  • Avoiding places, people, or reminders that bring it all back

  • Feeling disconnected, like you're watching life instead of living it

  • Saying "I'm fine" when you're not

Whether you're a first responder carrying the weight of the job or someone working through trauma, anxiety, or a major life change, you don't have to carry it alone.

Together, I'll Help You

  • Let go of what keeps replaying

  • Sleep more deeply and wake up rested

  • Feel calmer, steadier, and less reactive

  • Set boundaries and trust your own instincts

  • Reconnect with the people and activities you love

  • Feel like yourself again

How We Get There

We'll use proven, trauma-focused therapies like EMDR, along with practical tools you can use right away, all at your pace. Sessions can happen on a trail in Evergreen, alongside animals, or online from home. Licensed psilocybin facilitation is also available if you're interested, though it's never required.

Meet Tess Prince Harris, LPC

TRauma Therapist in Evergreen, co

Virtual therapy offered throughout Colorado

Tess Harris, trauma and EMDR therapist in Evergreen, Colorado, smiling outdoors among autumn trees with mountains in the background.

Hi, I'm Tess. I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and life's hardest transitions so they can feel calm in their bodies, trust themselves again, and reconnect with who they are.

I know firsthand what healing can look like. Mine began outdoors, where I learned how much steadiness and clarity can come from slowing down and feeling grounded in the natural world. That experience shapes how I show up for you: with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your story and your pace. Whether we meet outside, with my therapy dog Summit nearby, or over secure video, you'll have space to be fully yourself.

I believe in a world where your past no longer runs your present. A world where you can rest without bracing for what's next, respond instead of react, and move through life feeling grounded, connected, and at home in yourself again.

You deserve more than just getting by. Real healing can change how you live, how you relate to others, and how you feel in the world around you.
