ABOUT US

Nestled in the serene mountain community of Evergreen, Colorado, I envision creating a Mental Health Center that serves as a sanctuary for individuals navigating the lasting effects of trauma. My work is open to anyone seeking support and healing, including first responders who often carry the weight of high-stress and traumatic experiences in their service to others. My mission is to foster mental and emotional well-being through a deeply compassionate and holistic approach to care.

By blending evidence-based therapeutic practices with the restorative power of nature and animal-assisted therapy, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold at a pace that honors each individual’s experience. I am committed to meeting people where they are, offering a place where individuals can process their experiences, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

Through this work, I hope to help individuals build resilience, rediscover inner strength, and develop meaningful tools for lasting personal growth. I believe healing is not only possible but profoundly powerful when it is rooted in empathy, connection, and the natural world.

I believe that healing is about making deep changes in the way we live and relate to world around us. With that I would love to connect and see if I would be the right fit for you
