    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

    Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.

    Dialectal Behavioral Therapy

    DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviors. It means to combine opposite ideas.

    Ecotherapy

    Ecotherapists help people feel less alone and more supported by linking their personal pain and healing with the larger healing of the earth. They weave people’s hearts, bodies and spirits back into the interconnected web of life with the leaves and the trees.

    EMDR

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy was initially developed in 1987 for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and is guided by the Adaptive Information Processing model. EMDR is an 8 phase model for individual therapy typically delivered one to two times per week.

    Animal Assisted Therapy

    Animal-Assisted Therapy involves working with a trained therapy animal to support emotional healing. Interacting with animals can reduce stress, increase comfort, and help you feel more connected and safer. It's especially helpful for building trust, improving mood, and supporting emotional regulation in a calming, non-judgmental environment.
